I finally tried to make fried rice this weekend. It wasn't really a delicacy. I did not follow the steps on the internet precisely, because I was devoid of some very important ingredients. I had to find something else to take the place of them.
Also I forgot to put some salt in, when I was agitating the egg with flour. The main mistake I made was that I put too much water while cooking the rice. I should have got the rice ready so that the extra water would have been evaporated.
